We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used solely to provide and improve our service.

We use PostHog to understand how customers interact with our product, which helps us improve the service and diagnose issues. PostHog receives your account identifier, name, email, and organization, together with anonymous usage events such as pages visited and features used. PostHog does not receive call recordings or call transcripts.
